Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle of civil engineering projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and external contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to schedules and resource allocation as required.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess project status and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, providing regular updates on project status and developments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure that all work is completed in line with applicable regulatory standards and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is preferred.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
