Job Description - Claims Utilisation Nurse

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a Claims Utilisation Nurse for a Hospital in Cork, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Offers continuing completion of clinical documentation for consultants.

Completing the necessary supporting documents for consultants in order to guarantee correct and compliant billing

Call review sessions to examine and enhance KPIs, denial trending, and any documentation concerns with consultants or their support team.

In charge of managing and orienting new team members as needed to facilitate the continued growth of the consultancy service.

Requirements

Nursing BSC

It is preferred to have a higher diploma in business or a similar field.

Three to five years of experience as a general nurse

It is preferred if you have three to five years of experience processing insurance claims, hospital billing, or consultant billing.

Knowledge of the procedures for performance and development reviews as well as the evaluation of people's abilities

Outstanding ability to communicate, present, and report in a clear manner.

Excellent and proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel.

Proactive and customer-focused team player

Capacity to establish solid cooperative working connections

Capable of inspiring and challenging teammates
