Job Description - Client Success Manager

Introduction



Currenxie is a financial technology company for borderless businesses. Founded in 2014, our Global Account platform offers businesses of all sizes a single finance app for global growth. Features include multi-currency digital wallets, on-demand virtual bank accounts, worldwide payments, currency exchange, and instant Visa cards. We are currently recruiting for our new European headquarters located in Dublin. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity of being one of the first team members in our newest office as we grow our European operations. 



This role also leverages a dynamic hybrid work approach, with 3 days per week spent collaborating in-office to drive maximum productivity and innovation.



Your role & responsibilities




  • Expertly manage a portfolio of accounts by developing relationships, managing stakeholders and identifying advocates.

  • Identify opportunities for the client to further leverage Currenxie products and services across all of their lines of business to enhance their operations.

  • Be proactive in strengthening existing client relationships to expand adoption and usage of products and services.

  • Anticipate client requirements and challenges, work towards a (re)solution by acting on data-driven insights and strategic knowledge of the client’s business.



Your skills and experience




  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3+ years experience in a Client Success or Account Management role.

  • Proven track record in acquiring and engaging SME and Enterprise businesses to build profitable partnerships.

  • Experience in Finance, Fintech, or Technology.

  • Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth and satisfy loyal clients.

  • Comfortable in a fast paced, high-growth start-up environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
