RecruitNet is hiring for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Angiography for our client, a leading Hospital in Co Dublin.

Responsibilities

Taking charge of the angiography department's patient flow to ensure that start times are met and turnaround times between treatments are kept to a minimum

concentrating on operational procedures to maximize lab coordination, enhance turnover, and ensure timely starts in order to maximize the performance of the existing laboratory capacity.

Help the CNM2 oversee the department's operations.

Keep an eye on grievances and collaborate with the risk and quality management.

To increase patient satisfaction, take part in quality improvement projects.

Take charge of determining your own educational needs and improving any areas that are lacking by studying on your own, attending seminars, or seeking staff development programs.

Examine your own nursing practice, other people's instruction, and the impact these have on the standard of patient care.

Assigning professional responsibilities to employees while acknowledging their own professional competence.

Requirements

Registered with the NMBI's general division

Evidence of one's own professional growth.

Five years after registering, with at least two of those years spent in an angiography department.
