Job Description - Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Paediatric Complex Care (Homecare)

We are Hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager 1-Paediatric Complex Care (Home care) in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the business under the leadership of the CNM2 or Managing Director.

• Under the direction of the CNM2, help allocate resources and track performance to provide clients with high-quality, safe, and effective homes within budget.

• Oversee every facet of the staff group.

• Exercise strong leadership to ensure that employees understand their specific tasks and responsibilities and have the resources they need to perform them securely.

• Collaborating with CNM 2 to guarantee that staff nurses' evaluations and monthly reviews are completed.

• Take part in MDP sessions as needed.

Requirements

A nursing qualification is essential.

A Registered Nurse on the Live Register (RGN preferable, RNID considered) of NMBI

Good administrative skills and computer literacy

Prior experience managing a team or in a leadership role is preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

A love of working with kids and helping families that provide care in kids' homes

Full driver's licence

Experience in managing home care services

A Health Care Management qualification is desirable
