Job Description - Clinical Nurse Manager

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a nursing home in Kildare, Ireland.

Responsibilities

As needed, give nursing and care personnel coaching and mentoring.

Serve as a daily support system for the clinical staff.

Organize each resident's daily care according to their needs and present condition.

Encourage and assist nurses with evidence-based training and assessment.

Put into practice the risk management plans that the governance committee has created.

Keep an eye out for and report any environmental risks.

Observe employees' adherence to local risk management, infection control, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Possess a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration.

Ideally, possess a management post-registration qualification.

Have a post-registration qualification in nursing older adults, if possible.

The candidate must have worked in a nursing home setting for at least five years.

Exhibit expertise and understanding of the HiQA Standards and its application to the CNM position.
