Clinical Nurse Manager

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Nursing Home in Co Waterford.

 Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership, clinical supervision, and guidance to nursing and care teams.

Assist the Person in Charge with the overall management and daily operations of the nursing home.

Promote a person\-centred culture that reflects the organisation’s Ethos values.

Support safeguarding by ensuring effective monitoring, oversight, and reporting.

Foster a caring and respectful environment that meets residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

Work flexibly across day, night, and weekend shifts as required.

Requirements

Hold a third\-level nursing qualification with active NMBI registration and PIN.

Have a minimum of 6 years’ post\-registration nursing experience.

Possess at least 2 years’ experience in a nursing home environment.

Management experience is an advantage.

Hold a post\-registration qualification in healthcare management or be willing to complete one.

Demonstrate strong clinical competence and a commitment to delivering high\-quality elder care.
