Clinical Nurse Manager

Provide support to the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in the clinical and professional leadership of the care team, while also delivering high\-quality direct resident care.

Ensure the consistent delivery of a high standard of care to residents and their families, aligned with the organisation’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.

Promote recognition of each resident as an individual, ensuring that residents’ rights, needs, comfort, and wellbeing remain central to all aspects of care delivery.

Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with residents to support autonomy, informed choice, and evidence\-based decision\-making.

Promote and maintain resident safety by delivering quality care that respects residents’ privacy, dignity, and rights at all times.

Support and maximise residents’ capacity to exercise personal autonomy, independence, and choice.

Assist residents in maintaining their sense of identity and actively involve them in decision\-making whenever possible.

Ensure the service operates in a manner that respects diversity, equality, and inclusion, including age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, family status, civil status, race, religious beliefs, and cultural and ethnic background.

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan, assess, and deliver person\-centred care that maximises residents’ autonomy, choice, and quality of life.
