Job Description - CMM 1- Cath Lab

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring CNM 1- Cath Lab into a Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

Oversee and plan the unit's daily patient care activities.

Examine workloads and skill requirements in order to provide patient care.

Assign patient care tasks and evaluate staff competencies.

Assign suitable duties to suitable staff members in accordance with departmental standards, professional and legal requirements, and other guidelines.

Keep lines of communication open with the nurse manager about occurrences and needs on the unit.

Act as the unit's resource person.

Help with patient care when required.

Determine the proper internal controls for the department and set up systems to keep an eye on and enforce adherence to them.

Requirements

Ireland's Nursing & Midwife Board (NMBI) A valid license for a registered general nurse.

A suitable postgraduate course is preferred. willing to enroll in a postgraduate program within 18 months of starting a clinical coordinator position.

BLS and ACLS

Preferably, you have two years of clinical experience in the cardiac catheterization lab.

Teaching skills, leadership traits, professional judgment, the ability to think critically and solve problems, and a feeling of professional growth are all required of candidates.
