CNC Operator - Program/Turn/Mill/Setup

Job Description

Our client in Waterford is currently looking for CNC Machinist with Turning & Milling experience with the some basic programming skills for products in Medical, Aerospace and / or Automotive Keltia Ireland Ltd is a technical support services company providing CAD training, engineering design, and a broad range of technical recruiting services to customers in the Aerospace, Automotive and Medical Device industries on a permanent and contractual basis. Keltia Due to continued expansion our clients now requires experienced CNC lathe setters and programmers to join their busy production departments. You will have experience in a production environment, experience in using sliding head machines, be used to working to high levels of accuracy and productivity and have a good understanding of quality management systems and procedures such as ISO9001 & ISO14001. CNC Programming, Doosan, Ozaki or similar is required with at least 3 yrs experience.
CNC Setting -Full set ups + offsets
Finishing ( Hand deburring, finishing and polishing etc)
Inspection ( Inspection to 1st off level)
Specific skill set:
An organised approach & excellent time management
Self-motivated, Team player
Excellent accuracy & attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
CNC milling experience will also be an advantage.
