CNM 2 - High Dependency Unit

Requirements

• Registered or qualified to register with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

• Three to five years of acute hospital experience after registration

• Critical Care Postgraduate Diploma

• At least two years of CNM1 management experience

• Finished a management program or pledged to pursue an appropriate management certification after being hired

• Demonstrated proficiency in decision-making, change and innovation, resource management, people management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, organizational understanding, and operational planning

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and IT abilities are crucial.

• Knowledge of both professional and personal growth

• Understanding of risk management, patient safety, and quality and safety management
