We are hiring a CNM2 - Endoscopy Department in a Hospital in Cork, Ireland
.
Key Responsibilities

Availability of an excellent clinical learning setting

Adherence to safety and health regulations

In the clinical setting, CNM2 is essential to the management and coordination of resources and activities.

By offering clinical knowledge, counsel, and support to the multi-professional team, the CNM2 will serve as an example and encourage an environment of open communication and best practices in nursing care delivery.

Requirements

Membership in the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board.

Dedication to patient quality and safety.

It is necessary to have at least five years of postgraduate acute care nursing experience.

Degree-level education and management experience are preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage

Self-driven and dedicated to staff training

Adaptability to the difficulties of organizing and providing the gastroenterology and endoscopy services

Outstanding organizational abilities

Experience and qualifications for a preceptorship are preferred.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
