Job Description - CNM2- Urology Day Unit

RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring CNM2- Urology Day Unit into a Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

Provide direct urology nursing care in conjunction with a group of skilled, urology-trained personnel.

Supports and achieves the department's, service's, and Hospital's objectives while offering guidance and leadership to the patient care unit's employees.

Oversees and assesses patient care procedures and results on the patient care unit to guarantee the efficient, skilled, and compassionate provision of care.

Hires and maintains skilled, caring employees while upholding fair labour practices and keeping an eye on performance requirements.

Encourages a compassionate work atmosphere by providing sufficient supplies and safe equipment in a well-organized physical space.

Takes part in evaluating the ward's services

Requirements

In good standing is the NMBI Registered General Nurse license.

Possess a postgraduate degree in urology, if possible.

Possess a postgraduate degree in management, if possible.

A minimum of five years of clinical experience is necessary, including two years of progressive management experience and at least three years of urological expertise.

Experience administering immunotherapy and chemotherapy intravenously.

Self-assured and competent in nursing care for urological disorders.

Experience with urodynamics is preferred.
