The Opportunity:  


As a Commercial Administrator you will support our commercial projects team in their day to day operations and delivery of large scale solar projects.  



 


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Document Control & Data Entry.  



  • Tracking & scheduling of site surveys.  



  • Tracking of O&M contracts and scheduling site inspections.  



  • Assistance with Grant applications process.  



  • Processing New Connection Applications & maintaining progress.  



  • Preparation & submission of O&M Documentation to customers.  



  • Preparation of site packs for construction  



  • Site QEHS platform set up and updates.  



  • Backoffice support for departmental admin and site functions.  



  • Assistance with Tendering tasks & maintaining tendering information.  




Requirements: 



  • Minimum 1-year previous experience working in a relevant office administrator role.  



  • Strong written and verbal communications.  



  • Previous administrative experience within a construction or electrical company is preferred. 



  • You must have a strong work ethic, initiative and can work well independently, but also as part of the team.  



  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel 



  • Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage.  



  • Good Knowledge of CRM Software and telephone systems.  



  • Live within a commutable distance of Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan.
