Commis Chef - Dublin

Our client, a luxury hotel in Dublin, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chef to join their professional kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary skills in a high-standard environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs
• Follow recipes and presentation standards with accuracy
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen areas and equipment
• Maintain food safety practices in line with HACCP standards
• Support stock rotation and labelling procedures

Requirements:

• Basic culinary qualification or relevant training
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the culinary industry
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
