Commis Chef - Full Time - Anantara The Marker Dublin

General Responsibilities:

• To ensure the hotel achieves the Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and that the highest standards of luxury and quality delivered consistently to our guests


• To comply with the Health & Safety regulations of the hotel


• To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel 

Specific duties:

• Preparing ingredients for Head & Sous chefs


• Maintaining high standards of hygiene


• Taking directions from both Head and Sous chef

What are we looking for?

• Ability to multitask and prioritise is important


• Ability to work in a busy kitchen


• Possess a good knowledge of HACCP


• Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
