Commissioning Administrator

Headquartered in Ireland, delivering throughout Europe, Winthrop Technologies is a leading engineering company focusing on turnkey data centre delivery. We currently employ circa 900 people in 2025. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Commissioning Administrator to join our team. This position will be site-based in Dublin, Ireland.

The Commissioning Administrator will work within the CX team consisting of a CX manager, CX discipline leads and CX Engineers. The Commissioning Administrator must be effective at understanding document control and commissioning processes along with all associated software. They will be competent in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word and Outlook with a basic understanding of such software as PowerPoint and Visio. Knowledge of standard DC/CX software such as Compass, CX Alloy, BIM 360, Autodesk, Facility Grid would be an advantage but not essential. Training on any software required to carry out their duties will be provided as necessary.

Reports to: Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining updates and status of CX Tagging trackers such as:

o   CX Asset Tagging Tracker

o   CX Test Script trackers.

o   CX Document & test Report Schedule

o   CX RAMS

• Assist in preparation and submission of daily/ weekly progress reports and status updates
• Communication with CX subcontractors and vendors for CX Tacking Documents.
• Uploading to CX software and Monitoring status of technical documents, test scripts/ reports/ RAMS etc.
• Expediting Document submissions and approvals from project stakeholders.
• Attend Daily/ Weekly Cx meetings, Internally and with vendors
• Assist CX team members in CX Staff inductions and Admin entry requirements to site.
• Coordinate with Project QAQC Dept to achieve quality/ CX and common objectives.

• Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment prefered
• Experience of working on CX / QAQC Software
• Solves problems analytically and acts decisively
• Process driven candidate able to follow defined processes.
• Can do/ Positive” attitude.

Additional Tasks Available for the right candidate.

• Development of CX training and onboarding process for new CX staff on site
• Preparation of CX training documentation and materials to assist with training and onboarding
• Managing new staff on boarding process across the Campus/ Country/ Region
• Introduction of new software and AI to develop and develop training and process procedures.
