Compliance & Governance Officer - Healthcare

Position: Compliance and Governance Officer (Healthcare Industry)

Location: Dublin 15

We are looking for a Compliance and Governance Officer to support Axios’ governance framework and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

This role requires strong administrative, project management, and organizational skills, with a keen interest in governance and compliance within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain governance schedules, track compliance activities, and manage documentation.


• Support the COO with correspondence, scheduling, and key stakeholder meetings.


• Oversee governance and audit calendars, ensuring deadlines are met.


• Assist in implementing governance policies and strategic projects.


• Prepare reports, agendas, and meeting minutes, ensuring follow-ups on action items.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).


• Experience in governance, compliance, or regulatory affairs (preferably in the healthcare industry).


• Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills.


• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
