The Construction Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our Project Teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.
Professional & Technical
Coordinating the implementation of project quality processes and procedures with our project teams
Conducting project quality audits for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and the Quality Management System
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement amongst project teams
Reviewing effectiveness of site quality control and assurance processes and procedures
Monitoring the closeout of issues and defects
Analyzing trends in project quality statistics
Maintaining and updating project quality documentation
Updating and issuing weekly project quality reports
Conducting Quality Management System Training for project teams
Maintaining a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time

Third level qualification in a technical discipline - Construction/Architectural Technology/Building Surveying or other related area
Knowledge and experience of working with Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001:2015
Relevant experience with digital construction documentation management
Must have strong understanding and experience of construction detailing, in particular in residential builds
Experience in timber frame construction is a distinct advantage
Proficient across the full MS Office suite
Strong understanding of construction sequence of works
You must possess a full valid driver’s license
