About the Role:

The Video and Localization team is part of Global Integrated Marketing that sits within the Marketing organization at Gen, focused on bringing compelling video and advertising assets to life across our portfolio of consumer brands in many global languages.

This role will report to the Video and Localization manager and is currently scoped to support the end-to-end process of Video and Asset localization and production of final global consumer facing assets across go-to-market teams for the Norton brand.

The right candidate should have a Digital Marketing background along with capable knowledge of the planning through to delivery of channel specific final marketing assets, for consumer touchpoints in Go-to-Market (GTM) and advertising campaigns. An understanding of Brand design and how language plays an important part of connecting and engaging audiences.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills are a must, you should be self-driven, work independently or as part of a team and be able bring people together to overcome challenges in delivering priorities. Knowledge of video and a creative eye are a bonus.

What you will do in this role:

You will be responsible for supporting the Global Integrated Marketing team in the production of assets for the Norton Brand, partnering with project leads to deliver regionally and channel specific advertising assets. You will work across cross functional teams, to keep production on schedule and deliver all localized assets needed for final projects both in copy and visuals.

In this role you will partner with the Video and Asset localization manager in the day-to-day production of multiple language assets, actively working internal resource needs, teams, and external agencies to complete project requirements - working collaboratively to ensure efficiency, communication and being prepared evolve how you work as business priorities change.

You will also assist as a point of support for teams needing localized copy, assets or video for in-market storytelling assets across different languages, regions, seasons, features, products and other key messages – taking ownership of projects from end to end.

This person will support the wider team in the delivery of larger advertising campaigns, specifically regional assets for online and offline channels and be prepared to step in at short notice and assist where needed.

  • Support End to end production of global and regional marketing assets.
  • Manage incoming requests for localized assets and mange with the Global localization team to deliver finals.
  • Work cross functionally across product, legal, creative and GTM teams to support the production of educational and advertising video assets.
  • Liaise with external & internal agencies to manage production schedules remain on time, budget and organized.
  • Manage and support the daily productions of localized audio, visual or artist scripts, production plans or any additional needs.
  • Assist in artist sourcing and auditions, studio recording sessions managing schedules and needs across time zones and stakeholders.
  • Support regional teams to source approved localized assets, alternatives or prepping for production refresh of existing for re-activation.
  • Support additional projects across the Integrated Marketing team including social media, blogs, and other channel needs.
  • Build positive relationships and become a champion for regional content.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-4 years consumer facing marketing experience.
  • Experience in Integrated Marketing or Campaigns preferred.
  • Understanding of brand, media and advertising video strategies
  • Experience working with creative agencies and external vendors.
  • Ability to communicate, present and take ownership to drive projects forward.
  • A creative eye with high level of detail
  • Knowledge of video and audio production, techniques preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional project management and time skills
  • Ability to multi-task and motivated by a fast-paced environment.
  • Process & timeline driven.
