Contact Centre Agent B2B Gift Card Campaign

Overview:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Contact Centre Agents to support our Business-to-Business Gift Card Campaign. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will engage with business clients to promote and sell tailored gift card solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen interest in sales, and a professional attitude.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to business clients to promote and sell gift card products.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the campaign manager.

• Clearly communicate product details, pricing, and current promotions.

• Accurately record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance campaign performance.

• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
