Aimee, who began her journey as a makeup artist after earning a bachelor’s degree in business, spotted a gap in the market for makeup that was both easy to apply and highly effective. In less than eight years, Sculpted by Aimee has achieved cult status, surpassing established beauty conglomerates to become the number one mass cosmetics brand in Boots Ireland*. We have expanded our presence across key retailers such as Boots and Selfridges UK, and our e-commerce platform now serves customers in 68 countries. Our 360° omni-channel approach includes a robust physical presence in over 500 retailers across eight countries and four flagship stores in the UK and Ireland.

Our product portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare, and body products, all proudly certified by Leaping Bunny and recognized with 40+ industry awards. With an extensive range of complexion products offering over 100 foundation shades, Sculpted by Aimee is dedicated to celebrating real skin and promoting minimal retouching in our social media and campaigns.

Due to exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a full-time Content Creator to join the growing Social Media Team based in London or Dublin. This hybrid role will report to the Social Media Manager, and be a part of the exciting Marketing team.

Accountabilities Include

Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content (video, photo, short-form, reels, stories, TikToks) tailored for Sculpted by Aimee’s social media platforms.
Stay up-to-date on beauty and social media trends, regularly proposing new, creative content ideas.
Film and edit content in line with current platform best practices, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram.
Work closely with the wider team to support influencer campaigns and user-generated content initiatives.
Monitor performance metrics to optimise content strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion.
Represent the brand on camera when , with confidence and authenticity.
Ensure consistency in tone, look, and feel across all content to maintain brand integrity.
Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
Be a role model of Ways of Working with all team members.

Experience Needed

Strong video production and editing skills, including proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
Proven ability to create platform-specific content that performs well on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and current makeup trends.
Strong visual eye with an understanding of lighting, composition, and brand aesthetics.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera.
Experience with analytics tools and using insights to inform content decisions is a plus.
2+ years experience in a content creation or social media role, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
