Content Reviewer CM Expert

We are recruiting a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Reviewer to join a specialist content moderation team based in Dublin city centre. This is a permanent, full-time role for an experienced content moderation professional with strong cultural awareness of the Brazilian market, capable of making nuanced policy decisions in a fast-paced and sensitive environment.

About the Role

You will be part of a global operations team responsible for quality review of content workflows, ensuring platforms remain safe, compliant and aligned with established abuse policies. This role requires resilience, sharp critical thinking and a deep understanding of the cultural and political context of Brazil.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Reviewing and moderating content across a wide range of sensitive categories including hate speech, misinformation, self-harm, child safety, nudity, spam and dangerous organisations
• Supporting ID review, authenticity flows and access management processes
• Handling escalations with sound judgement and in accordance with client abuse standards
• Reviewing viral and high-impact content (HERO) and flagging dangerous organisation activity (DOI)
• Applying nuanced policy decisions informed by regional and cultural context specific to the Brazilian market
• Consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks
• Contributing to continuous process improvement and best practice sharing within the team

What We Are Looking For

• Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with English at B2 level or above — both mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in content moderation — mandatory
• Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the political and social context of Brazil
• Critical thinking and sound judgement when handling sensitive and complex content
• Emotional intelligence and resilience when working with difficult material
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with clear and confident communication skills
• Must be based in Dublin with the right to work in Ireland — EU citizenship or valid work authorisation required

Please note: Candidates who have previously worked on the Meta project will not be considered. Only local Dublin-based candidates will be accepted for this position.
