Role: Contracts Manager
Client: Main Contractor - Tier 1
Location: Central Dublin 
Sector: Large-scale Residential Developments up to 950 units
Essentials: Proven experience as Contracts Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience is essential.
Benefits: €110,000 - €140,000; company vehicle or travel allowance; company laptop and mobile phone; pension; life insurance and income protection; 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.


• Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets, maintaining a detailed understanding of project plans and cost controls.


• Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.


• Champion a strong health and safety culture through the implementation of safe working practices and compliance with company standards.


• Drive continuous improvement across project teams by implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.


• Manage project resourcing, ensuring teams have the right skills, motivation, and leadership in place.


• Develop, retain, and identify future talent to support current and future project requirements.
