Join Deloitte’s Financial Risk team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping credit risk and prudential regulation projects that directly impact leading financial institutions. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Proven expertise in credit risk modelling, including model development and/or validation, with hands-on experience in IRB or IFRS9 frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or finance discipline (minimum 2.1).
  • Advanced proficiency in software modelling tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end model development or validation projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Leading the execution of credit risk modelling and prudential regulation engagements.
  • Providing expert advice on credit risk modelling and risk analytics to clients.
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships to grow Deloitte’s financial risk practice.
  • Collaborating with Deloitte’s European and global financial risk network to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Engaging with the local financial services community to expand your professional network.
  • Developing thought leadership content on financial risk and prudential regulation topics.
  • Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to both expert and non-expert audiences.
