The Customer Care Foreperson is responsible for attending various sites and carrying out works set out by customer care team.
Key responsibilities and duties
Ensure daywork sheets are completed with each customer on each day and signed off and send back to relevant customer care person
Assisting construction teams from time to time if required to assist with homes needing to close and resource required
Updating the team on any issues unable to do or if need further information
Drylining, Decoration, Sealant, Mastic, Leak remedial works, Investigating issues before we assign to relevant contractor, Carpentry, Flooring, Mechanical (some elements)
Liaise and communicate closely with the different stakeholders
Provide key point of contact for purchasers
Coordinate work from long term call backs
Effective planning of tasks and efficiently organising resources in order to meet deadlines
Ensure works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality
Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification desirable
Significant experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular carpentry
Background in residential construction
Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
