Customer Delivery Driver - Kerry/Tralee

Our team in Kerry/Tralee are looking for a Temporary Customer Delivery Driver!

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs outside of business hours. This position requires working varied shift patterns over 7 days a week. The contract entails working 45 hours per week, depending on availability, with an hourly pay rate of €14.85. This is a temporary position and will be a minimum of 3 months.

Requirements: Must have full Irish manual driving licence

Responsibilities:

•        Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed

•        Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination

•        Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up multiple vehicles

•        Notify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tyre and fluid levels

•        Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment

•        Polish, dry and clean vehicle windscreens, windows, lights, mats and exterior body, by hand

•        Hoover, shampoo, add air freshener and clean vehicle interior (some stain removal may be required)Ensure proper fuel tank level and fill with fuel, if needed

•        Complete paperwork associated with pick-up and delivery of vehicles

Qualifications:

•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude

•        Previous experience in customer service or retail

•        Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment

•        Strong work ethic and positive attitude

•        Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
