Contract Type: Full Time Permanent, subject to 6 months' probation

Location: Claregalway, Co. Galway

Salary: €30,000 - 31,050 per annum, paid monthly

Culligan Home Ireland is seeking an organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support customer retention activities, maintain accurate customer records, and provide administrative support to our Operations team, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Core role and responsibilities:

• Support customer retention initiatives and customer account renewals.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring data accuracy across CRM systems.
• Process account amendments, customer information updates, and administrative requests.
• Assist the Operations team with service-related administration and coordination.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve account and administration queries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and/or Microsoft packages
• Experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Postive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Experience in the water/service industry is desirable
