Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift

Are you interested in continuing or starting an exciting Customer Service role?

Our client, a Galway based healthcare business specialising in non invasive medical remedies, seek to hire a customer service representatives. This is a permanent role reporting to the customer service manager. This is an on-site role with full training provided.

There will be an initial training period with 9am – 5.30pm which will be based in Athenry before moving to an evening shift model 2pm to 10pm in Briarhill after training. This role will be Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues/complaints which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to complaints, queries, refunds etc.
• Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies and procedures
• Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
• Complete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in house procedures.
• Working in a safe manner at all times
• Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Spanish language fluency is an advantage but not essential.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service department desirable but not essential.
• Strong communications skills
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills
