Data Administrator

Due to continued growth Shareridge are recruiting a full-time Data Administrator to join our expanding team based in our Limerick office. The successful candidate will compile and maintain databases for various projects across the country. Working directly with the Workflow Team, the successful candidate will be part of the team supporting our civils projects nationwide.

Duties:

• Updating and maintaining databases.
• Liaising with departments throughout the company to collect and collate data.
• Retrieving and processing data from various software platforms.
• Maintaining documents, records and archives.
• Data entry and analysis.

The successful candidate would be expected to:

• Demonstrate excellence using MS Office suite, with particular emphasis on Excel.
• Experience in construction would be a distinct advantage.
• Have a proven ability to manage databases.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Have a proven track record in organisational ability.
• Be proactive in approach with a can-do attitude.
• Be an excellent communicator with a professional demeanour.
• Show an ability to work as part of a busy team and have the flexibility to work on their initiative.
