Deal Desk Analyst

Manage Non-Standard Deals: Drive approvals for innovative deals that fall outside our typical programs. Collaboration is Key: Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, sales, product management, etc.) to ensure smooth deal execution. Master of the Deal Call: Spearhead discussions to get deals across the finish line. Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline non-standard deal approvals for future success. Data-Driven Decisions: Track key metrics and report on deal progress to drive efficiency. Be a Hero for Innovation: Help us close deals and programs that push boundaries and create groundbreaking experiences. Dynamic Work Environment: Deals are unique. You'll constantly learn and adapt. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams and gain valuable insights. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business or finance preferred). 2 to 4 years relevant experience. Deal Desk, Legal, Sale Operations, or Finance experience preferred. Ability to multi-task, perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in a fast-changing environment. Ability to articulate when soliciting and sharing information with project stakeholders and team members. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment. Excellent documentation and analytical skills. Systems experience: Strong excel skills required.
