Deli Supervisor - Full-Time

SPAR Castletroy, Castletroy Retail Park, Castletroy, Limerick, County Limerick, is looking for a Full-Time Deli Supervisor to join their fantastic team.

37 hours a per week

(please apply only if you can work full time 6am-10pm ) We have 2 shifts available morning and evening.

The Role:

• Manage the daily running of the full deli operations including : hot, cold, food to go and instore bakery
• To lead and inspire your team to maximise the sales and delivering excellent service to customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare cook, and serve hot and cold food
• Manage the stock - Plan and organise weekly stock manage orders/ stock takes
• Manage HACCP, maintain standards in line with food Safety and LRQA for the deli area
