Deputy Store Manager – Swords, Co. Dublin

The Opportunity

Teamworx is currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Store Manager on behalf of a well-established premium retail brand. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail leader who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, developing high-performing teams, and driving commercial success within a fast-paced retail environment.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the store, maintaining high operational standards, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store.
  


• Lead, motivate and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  


• Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs across all departments.
  


• Maintain high operational standards, including stock control, merchandising, administration, cash handling and store presentation.
  


• Coach and develop colleagues through regular training, product knowledge and customer service excellence.
  


• Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
  


• Support the delivery of a positive, collaborative and customer-focused culture.
  

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  


• Experience leading, coaching and developing retail teams.
  


• A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and performance.
  


• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  


• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  


• A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  


• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
