I am looking for a Senior Retail Manager who has direct experience managing teams of 25+ in a big box fashion, non food or grocery environment with 10+million turnovers.

The ideal candidate will be very KPI and people driven with the ability to manage multiple departments.

This is an exciting role to join my client who's a growing retail chain in Tallaght.

Key responsibilities of this Deputy Manager job:

• Supporting the general manager with the daily operations of the store.
• Driving sales and KPI's through a large team.
• Managing teams of 25-30 staff including a small management team.
• Effectively leading the team through motivation, training, and coaching.
• Identifying commercial opportunities.
• Conducting Performance Appraisals and supporting with talent and succession planning for your store.

Skills essential for this Deputy Manager job:

• 2-3+ years of senior retail management experience in grocery, high-volume big box or non-food/fashion in Ireland.
• Proven track record of managing teams of 25+.
• Excellent commercial, visual, and customer service skills
• Strong people leadership skills
• Very KPI driven.
