Responsibilities

• Lead the design team in developing innovative and effective design solutions for various projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design management role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful project design and management experience.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
