Amazing opportunity to join a fast growing scale-up software client as the first hire DevOps Engineer. This client, which is led by industry superstars, has developed a very unique gaming platform, which is gaining massive traction globally.

Strongly funded due to a recent stock market flotation, this operation is shooting for fast growth. A number of highly skilled software engineers have joined the team, which means you will work alongside top of class innovators. All projects are new build greenfield, including innovative predictive artificial intelligence driven technologies.

The DevOps Engineer role is a fully remote job which means you can work remotely from either Ireland, United Kingdom or USA.

Your job will be to take charge of everything DevOps. Are you up for the challenge?

Career Opportunity as first hire DevOps Engineer

You will be the first hire DevOps Engineer to join the team, therefore this is a massive opportunity for you in every way imaginable. Youâll take charge of all DevOps, deployment and production.

Initially youâll be totally hands-on focusing on predeployment, automation, deployment, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and working with the development team to plan for longer term DevOps strategy.

Whilst the client currently uses AWS, Google Cloud, Python, you must be open & flexible to explore new DevOps tools, make recommendations & teach them to the team.

With headcount growth & scale, you will have a strong pathway forward to become DevOps Lead where you will build a team around you and you can progress towards DevOps Manager.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience for DevOps Engineer Remote Job:

DevOps Experience

Cloud

CI/CD Pipeline,

Scripting

Python or similar

Infrastructure

System Admin

Living in Ireland, United Kingdom or USA
