Digital Construction Coordinator

JJ Rhatigan & Company is one of Ireland’s leading Building Contractors, with operations throughout Ireland and the UK. We are currently recruiting a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our team in Cork.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award winning multi-million-euro projects.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop the post-contract BEP to be reviewed, ensure the BEP is maintained and implemented throughout the project in accordance with the Employer Information Requirements.Produce BIM model programmes/ Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs) for project in line and in advance of the construction program. Ensure JJR/DT/SCs are meeting program dates and uploading models to CDE/Glue as agreed.Produce Model Production Delivery Tables (MPDTs) outlining what elements are included in which model and modelled in which way. On-going quality control and monitoring of all JJR/DT/SCs models.Track all agreed design changes to ensure they are being inputted and coordinated in 3D models.Attend project/site meetings and keep well informed of all construction activities. Check models in line with upcoming activities to anticipate and foresee any on-site issues. Raises issues for resolution with relevant site person.Produce weekly clash detection reports and assists with project coordination via JJR/DT/SC coordination workshops.Issues out BIM 360 Field weekly summary reports to site team and set up QR code location tags on site linking to BIM 360 Field.Provides regular training and supervision to project stakeholders and site team in utilising models in their roles including coordination, cost analysis, programming etc.Produce Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civils and various Contractor 3D models as required using Revit, Autocad and Civils 3D software.Produce sketches, drawings and schedules and any other information required from the BIM models to assist the site team with setting out and coordination when and as required.Manage the collation and input of asset information models to the asset information models for handover at project completion.Produce timeliner and sequencing animations.Laser site scanning and using point clouds to verify works completed What JJR can offer you:Attractive terms of Employment & Competitive salary for the right candidateExcellent BenefitsExcellent Career ProgressionOpportunities to work on challenging projects and assignments.If you feel you have the required skills and experience and are interested in joining a highly respected company with the opportunity to progress your career, we would be interested in hearing from you.
