A large Irish retail chain are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join their team and work in shaping the business's online brand

Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive working with an Irish company will develop and implement the digital content and social media strategy. This role will help develop and shape the businesses' digital identity and brand strategy going forward.

Responsibilities:

· Support the development of our social media, mobile and digital content strategy to build brand awareness.

· Plan, create and manage a pipeline of digital assets - photography, video, graphics and copy to communicate and support our key campaigns with the aim of growing followers and increasing engagement.

· Work with colleagues to create a promotional strategy of daily posts, swipe ups, product and advice led content.

· Liaise with third parties to establish and identify partnership agreements and sponsorships for growing our online reach and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.

· Listen and respond to customers' needs and queries through online channels

· Convert followers into paying customers and brand advocates, grow the brands' social audience.

· Keep up to date with the latest developments in digital communication to continuously improve and build our digital channels.

Requirements:

· Relevant qualification in marketing or a similar field

· 2+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally in retail/FMCG

· A creative individual with a commercial mindset and strong communication skills

· Innovative, highly organized, a strong team player, and ability to work in fast-paced environment.

· Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

· Digital, Blogging, and eCommerce experience required.

· MS Office skills are necessary with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

· Experience in delivering social media strategies and working with influencer marketing.

· A full driving license and a willingness to travel would be an advantage.
