Our marketing team is lean, commercially focused, and operating at the intersection of brand, demand, and product. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is as fluent in the future of search as they are in the fundamentals - someone who sees AEO and GEO not as emerging trends to keep an eye on, but as core channels to own and grow.
Own a Channel That Matters
AEO and GEO are no longer 'watch this space' - they're where B2B buyers are starting their research. You'll own Learnosity's strategy across AI-powered search from day one.
Real Commercial Impact
This isn't a vanity metrics role. You'll be connecting digital activity directly to pipeline and working closely with demand generation and sales to make that link visible.

About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager - AEO & GEO to sit at the centre of Learnosity's digital presence. You'll own how we show up across search - traditional and AI-driven - while managing our paid media agency and optimising the website for conversion. You'll also line manage our Digital Marketing Executive.
You'll report into the VP of Marketing and work closely with content, demand generation, sales and product to build a connected, measurable digital engine.
This is a role for someone who is genuinely excited about where search is heading, who can execute with precision today while building strategy for tomorrow.
