As a DPD Lead, you will play a critical role in driving Digital Project Delivery (DPD) across the business, ensuring the successful implementation of digital construction strategies, standards, and processes throughout the project lifecycle. You will provide leadership and support to BIM Coordinators, work closely with project and pre-construction teams, and help drive continuous improvement within the Digital Project Delivery function. Manage and support BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians, ensuring project deliverables are achieved in accordance with agreed programmes and standards.
Provide regular updates to the DPD Manager on project status, risks, opportunities, and resource requirements.
Review, develop and implement Digital Project Delivery procedures, standards and best practices across the business.
Support the Pre-Construction team by reviewing tender documentation, identifying digital delivery requirements, and preparing responses for tender submissions.
Work closely with Project Teams to ensure the successful implementation of agreed Digital Project Delivery strategies.
Regularly monitor Digital Project Delivery activities across projects, identifying any gaps and supporting the implementation of corrective actions where required.
Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements and industry best practices.
Promote the adoption of new technologies, workflows and innovation initiatives to enhance project delivery.
Provide guidance and mentorship to BIM Coordinators and project teams on digital delivery processes and information management.
Where required, assume responsibility for the Digital Project Delivery management of designated projects.
5+ years' experience in a BIM, Digital Construction or Digital Project Delivery role.
Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and digital information management processes.
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
Experience managing digital delivery requirements on large-scale construction projects.
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Revit and associated digital construction platforms.
Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
