Digital Transformation Manager | Estimating & Pre-Construction

We are currently seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to join our Estimating and Pre-Construction team. This position will be based in our Head Office in Ballymount, Dublin 22.

This is a key transformation role responsible for identifying, developing and delivering AI and digital initiatives that improve the efficiency, accuracy and consistency of our estimating, tendering and pre-construction processes.

Working closely with Estimating, Pre-Construction, Bid and IT stakeholders, the successful candidate will translate business requirements into practical digital solutions. The role will manage projects from initial discovery and business-case development through to implementation, adoption and continuous improvement.

·        Lead AI and digital transformation projects across Estimating and Pre-Construction.

·        Review existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement.

·        Manage projects from initial scope and business case through to implementation and adoption.

·        Work with Estimating, Pre-Construction, Design, Commercial, Planning and IT stakeholders.

·        Identify practical applications of AI across tendering, cost data, document review, benchmarking and reporting.

·        Coordinate the selection, testing and implementation of new digital solutions.

·        Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement.

·        Manage project plans, risks, stakeholders and delivery milestones.

·        Monitor adoption and measure the business benefits of implemented solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        Experience in project management, digital transformation, technology implementation or business change.

·        Experience within construction, engineering, estimating or pre-construction is highly desirable.

·        Good understanding of AI, automation, data analytics and digital tools.

·        Strong commercial and analytical capability.

·        Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·        Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.

·        Experience with tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, CostX or Buildsoft would be advantageous.
