Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing at Output Sports, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our global marketing strategy. You will lead brand positioning, customer acquisition, and engagement across digital and offline channels, ensuring Output Sports continues to grow as a leader in sports technology.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with our product, sales, and customer success teams. You will drive strategic initiatives that increase brand awareness, expand our market presence, and generate revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and business growth.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high-performance execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Own the brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
• Drive customer acquisition and engagement through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
• Manage brand partnerships to enhance market reach and credibility.
• Develop and execute an events strategy, ensuring impactful presence at key industry conferences, trade shows, and sporting events.
• Oversee PR and media efforts to strengthen Output Sports’ industry presence.
• Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, lead-generation initiatives, and sales enablement materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of strategies.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product releases, ensuring effective communication and education among end-users.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within sports technology, wearables, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Ideally experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
• A passion for sports, technology, and performance-driven innovation.
