Key Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Owner with the daily running of both pharmacies
  




• Drive sales performance, commerciality, and retail growth
  




• Manage buying, stock control, and supplier relationships
  




• Lead, motivate, and develop the store teams
  




• Ensure excellent customer service and store standards at all times
  




• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
  




• Oversee store operations including rotas, stock, and merchandising
  




• Handle day-to-day team management and support staff development
  




• Maintain strong operational standards and compliance with pharmacy guidelines
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years management experience in pharmacy retail, health retail, or a similar environment
  




• Strong buying, stock management, and commercial awareness
  




• A confident, hands-on people manager who leads by example
  




• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  




• Passion for customer service and community-focused retail
  




• Comfortable using IT systems including tills, Microsoft Office, and email
