Key Responsibilities
Support the Pharmacy Owner with the daily running of both pharmacies
Drive sales performance, commerciality, and retail growth
Manage buying, stock control, and supplier relationships
Lead, motivate, and develop the store teams
Ensure excellent customer service and store standards at all times
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance
Oversee store operations including rotas, stock, and merchandising
Handle day-to-day team management and support staff development
Maintain strong operational standards and compliance with pharmacy guidelines
Requirements
3â5 years management experience in pharmacy retail, health retail, or a similar environment
Strong buying, stock management, and commercial awareness
A confident, hands-on people manager who leads by example
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for customer service and community-focused retail
Comfortable using IT systems including tills, Microsoft Office, and email
