We are expanding our efforts in serialisation and are looking for an experienced Project Lead to join our dynamic and evolving serialisation domain. In this role, your primary duties will involve ensuring compliance with the EU FMD (Falsified Medicines Directive) and other serialisation requirements globally. Your focus will be on coordinating projects, primarily targeting new markets and customers. This position is projected to entail 70% project-related tasks and 30% operational responsibilities. Team responsibilities and ambitions
You will join our Supply Chain/SC Support Team where we are facing exciting challenges, such as initiating serialisation processes in new countries and with new clients. We are educating our team members on serialisation, and actively engaging in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities. Our goal is to enhance our proactivity in the upcoming months, staying ahead of the ever-evolving legal framework surrounding serialisation. The team consists of two members: a Project Lead, represented by this role, and a Coordinator, primarily handling the day-to-day execution of serialisation activities. We report to the Supply Chain Manager, who oversees planning, warehouse operations, procurement, and other supporting functions. Our team, totaling 16 members, represents a diverse mix of four nationalities. We pride ourselves on being quick learners, detail-oriented, and capable of enjoying a good laugh multiple times a day. Your work tasks
We anticipate a training phase lasting several months, during which you will mostly learn from your team. Following this period, your schedule will primarily be project-driven, involving tasks such as:

• Prepare cross-functional activities for new market serialisation and secure market requirements.
• Lead complex projects to solve and improve serialisation requirements, in partnership with other departments such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Operations, and other involved areas.
• Continuously improve AJ Vaccines’ serialisation process.
• Participation in inspections from authorities and audits from customers at need.

We also anticipate your role to serve as a backup for the operational aspect of the team, entailing the following responsibilities:

• Alert Management.
• Introduce new markets and changed market requirements.
• Keeping up on latest news in various external fora.
• Proactive act on proposed new market tenders.
• Create work instructions for Serialisation.

• Computer/Software-savvy (you will work with various software, including but not limited to SAP, Q-DOK, Tracelink, Outlook).

Additionally, you should possess:

• 3 years of experience in a project management / coordination function.
• Danish and English – professional level – oral & written.
• ERP knowledge (we use SAP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite (mostly Outlook & Excel).

It is a great plus if you have:

• Experience working in serialisation or FMD.
• Experience in working in a GMP environment.
