Salary: €34,320 – €38,480 per annum

From The Door Talent, we are recruiting an Early Years Educator to join a well-established early years service in Dublin, working within a Pre-School setting that prioritises high-quality, child-centred education and a warm, inclusive environment.

This opportunity is ideal for a passionate Early Years professional who values best practice, teamwork, and long-term development within the Irish childcare sector.

The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting childrens development through a high-quality curriculum, aligned with Irish early years frameworks and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of a child-centred, play-based curriculum.

• Ensure full compliance with Irish Early Years regulations and policies.

• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.

• Communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.

• Contribute positively to teamwork and the day-to-day running of the service.

• Promote childrens wellbeing, learning and development at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare, recognised by DCEDIY (essential).

• Previous experience working in early years settings in Ireland.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Aistear

  • Síolta

  • Tusla regulations

• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for early childhood education.
