Title: E-Commerce Marketing Assistant

Type: Permanent

Location: Dublin West (hybrid)

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Assistant will support the E-Commerce team by managing and monitoring the day-to-day running of the website. Responsible for product listings, website management, research and reporting to continuously improve customer experience and drive KPIs.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with maintenance of company website, monitoring new products listings and reviewing/analytics top products while also making changes to online company profiles.

· Assist E-Commerce Manager in updating partners on required site changes and ensuring any changes are delivered on time and on budget.

· Support the E-Commerce Manager in identifying the changes required for the site and delivering a development plan which may include working with external advertisers.

· Oversee Google Analytics, monitor traffic, manage SEO, and map the customer journey and report any issues to E-Commerce Manager.

· Provide insights on trends to support product selection while also analysing competitors and then provide monthly reports to illustrate company performance.

· Supporting execution of the digital marketing plans including PPC, email marketing, influencer marketing, retargeting and social media.

Requirements:

· 1+ years' experience in a similar role.

· Experience with the Magento platform and or similar.

· Understanding and experience in UX, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics and Website Content Management.

· Knowledge of SEO.

· Knowledge of Klaviyo, photoshop/illustrator & Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an advantage.

· Analytical, ability to use data to inform decisions.
