Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support a large -scale pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium.

This role requires an individual who can take ownership of documentation, verification, and site coordination with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the on -site engineering point of contact, working closely with the Project Manager.
  
• Manage and produce comprehensive project documentation packs in line with client and project requirements.
  
• Review and verify electrical designs, calculation tables, cable sizing, protection devices, fire alarm systems, energy load calculations, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure installation quality and adherence to standards.
  
• Conduct inspections, tests, and verification of installed systems, compiling accurate records for compliance.
  
• Prepare, submit, and track technical documentation, ensuring deadlines are met.
  
• Identify issues, raise RFIs, and resolve technical queries promptly.
  
• Support commissioning and client demonstration activities.
  

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical Services Engineering or equivalent
  
• A minimum of 2–3 years’ post -qualification experience in an M&E contracting or manufacturing environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, regulations, and safety systems.
  
• Proven experience creating and managing documentation packs.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a high documentation workload with minimal oversight.
