EMEA Regional Category Manager- Fabrications

Execute sourcing strategies for assigned Electrical EMEA category suppliers to deliver cost optimization and supply resiliency Drive key category metrics: cost out, resiliency, working capital, diversity, and quality performance Act as point of escalation for supply issues to ensure continuity and protect revenue Analyze economic and market trends to advise on sourcing strategies and lead time changes Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Ensure high standards of quality and delivery performance at all times Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Previous experience in fabrications category management or strategic sourcing Background in carbon sheet steel, stampings, and/or sheet metal fabrication preferred Strong understanding of sourcing processes, fabrication cost drivers, and industry best practices Excellent skills in strategic thinking, negotiation, data/contract management, presentation, and influencing
