Role Overview 

Coordinate all engineering activity for Plant 2, working with various groups to deliver reliable and repeatable processes and sustainable improvements in OEE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering and technical leadership on manufacturing process issues


• Supervise and lead engineering group, prioritising and scheduling work for the team


• Promote the use of analytical problems solving techniques amongst the engineering group to ensure that decisions are data driven


• Drive change and continuous improvement among the engineering group through OEE reviews. Identify     equipment/machines with a high maintenance cost and/or poor reliability. Perform root cause failure                  analysis to develop and implement effective improvements


• Ensure full compliance preventative maintenance system  and implement best practice to increase machine uptime.


• Identify training needs and implement cross training and upskilling to ensure depth of knowledge and capability support each team member to achieve their full potential

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (desirable).
  


• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  


• Ability to manage multiple priorities
