Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches.
• Utilize HPO techniques to enhance clients' psychological resilience and overall performance.
• Develop personalized therapy plans and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care for clients.
• Provide training and workshops on mental health and resilience in organizational settings.
• Stay informed on the latest research in psychotherapy and HPO methodologies.
• Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients.

• Must be HPO qualified with relevant experience in psychotherapy.
• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience providing psychotherapy with diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland, embracing the local culture.
• Understand and comply with ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
